Description:
When changing the name of a dupe in the Dupe Manager even in the slightest (e.g. removing a letter),
the whole name of the dupe becomes de-capitalized (all small letters). The dupe also goes to the bottom of the list,
making it much harder to find.

Bug observed since:
Since the first time I tried changing the name a few months ago.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Go into UCP.
2. Go into Dupe Manager.
3. Change the name of a dupe then hit Enter.

This is a feature which was added with version 1.0.8 of the underlaying Storage API.
Files and folders must use lowercase in order for them to correctly show up in the dupe manager and in game.
