I'm sorry Bambo. I'll keep it out of the courthouse. You must understand my frustration, however. I don't have the situation recorded - none of my games I've been able to record recently as Plays.TV is playing up. It won't record my games even though it's registering that the game is open and it's set to automatic record, but still doesn't produce a file when I close the game, and doesn't allow me to save clips from the game. All of this can be proven if needed.

With the rest of the video provided, I can see Kvatch moving away after a couple of seconds and Sours who initially gave the "Go Away" order put his gun away and turn so I believe his wishes were fulfilled although a tad late. I don't see it as Kvatch breaking FearRP and give him the benefit of doubt regarding the lag as during the time he didn't listen which was a couple of seconds, he did nothing and his first actions were to move and go backwards.
