Summary: OK, so I had arrested this person as I caught them lock picking a police car right in front of me, so I warranted him for 5 minutes. After he gets out of jail, he runs to this Tesla and speaks to the chef driving it. While I'm walking around looking for the car they stole much earlier, he tranquillises me for no reason and I'm like wtf. Next he runs up to me and ties me up for no reason either, orders me into the car and gets the chef to drive me to his garage under gunpoint. He then orders me into a garage (bearing in mind I'm being fully compliant) and starts punching me up for no reason, I ended up losing 25ish HP, and when I hear another person outside, I do /y HELP!!! and I am then executed.

Unfortunately I didn't get prior to my arrest recorded. I did not expect SWAT to be patrolling, and didn't think you saw me with the lockpick attempting to steal from the cop car. I had the lockpick uot for probably a total of 10 seconds since I wasn't able to steal from the car. After I had already put it away, you snuck up on me with your gun drawn and got me up against a wall of the cinema. You didn't say anything. I asked you why I was being arrested, I got no response. You warranted me without a stated reason:

You literally hostaged me outside the PD which is completely random as I wasn't a threat to you, and I wasn't "salty" lmao, you lockpicked a police car right in front of me?! You cannot hostage and "get rid of me" cos I arrested you for a valid reason. Fix up

Whilst I can see why the action was taken, I don't agree that it was the best place to do it. You guys were right outside of Town Hall, anyone could have seen you, especially other police officers who are exiting the PD. This wouldn't make it a suitable location to try and take a SWAT officer hostage.

Though if the claim about you patrolling is true Ricky, please be advised that you shouldn't do this unless the situation really calls for it. From what I've seen, you wouldn't have a just reason to patrol.
