Summary: ZaidElzar rammed me off the road several times so I mugged him in order to pay for the damages. He refused to pay me and claimed he'd hired 2 hitmen to kill me, I then shot him for threatening my life and not giving me the money. He respawned and came right back to where he died but ran away shortly. 3 minutes later, he came back and shot me without warning, breaking NLR & RDM.
