Summary: FailRP, joining a gang as a Gun Dealer and killing Police Officers.

I had arrived on location of the reported active shooting at 3 Richard Drive, exit my vehicle and take cover. It is at this point the accused makes his way around my vehicle and proceeds to fire upon me as a gun dealer and kills me.

*NOTE: The report is not on the kill itself, it is on the fact that the accused is a Gun Dealer who is a part of a gang, thus breaking rule 3.7.*

3.7 - Do not raid as a Doctor, Chef, Gun Dealer, Mechanic, Taxi Driver or Security Guard. 

3.7a– All the jobs in 3.7 are meant to provide a service for the city. Do not lock yourself in a contraband room or otherwise seclude yourself from everyone and refuse to do your chosen Job’s task. Additionally, the jobs in 3.7 are not meant to commit crime which is unrelated to their job.

We were called to the location for a report of shots fired. At no point was I hostile toward any of you and you simply could have placed me under FearRP and hostaged me thereby strengthening your own position. Violence should always be a last resort and you had the upper hand therefore you could have placed me under fearRP and attempted to roleplay out the situation.

I was told by many staff as long as your selling guns you can do whatever u need to do but im not robbing people im defending

You also stated in OOC afterwards that you were supplying guns to your friends during the raid, therefore powergaming by providing an unfair advantage to your group in a raid situation.

Furthermore, your base was a shitshow of citizens, BMDs, and you, the gun dealer.
