Why should you be unblacklisted?:
 
After thinking back to the situation to the best of my ability, I would like to appeal my blacklist because I believe that it is invalid.
 
My story: So i just got onto the server & spawned my car and I started drifting around, street racing. I went around a corner and spotted Nemesis in a gunfight. I wanted to drive past so I went full throttle straight past him which then meant the cop walked in to the front of my car (While in a gunfight) meaning I hit him, knocking him down. I then stopped in an attempt to call the medic. Nemesis ran up and popped a cap in the cops head meaning I stopped attempting to call EMS because obviously he was dead after getting a cap in his head. I then drove off not expecting to be punished for this.
 
I would also like to say that I don't believe I should be perm blacklisted from weapons as the offence was a CDM not a RDM.

From the testimony provided by both yourself and others, along with my own recollection of the event, we have found the blacklist to be valid.

However, following discussions between myself and Nightmare, this may be appeal-able in the future, however, we expect a higher level of detailed passive RP, to demonstrate that you are able to able to roleplay without weapons. Furthermore, we agree that, due to your extensive record, it shouldn't have reached this point in the first place.
