I believe it's like that due your screen resolution, the forum is like 80% in width or something along those lines and the footer content follows that too.

I feel like the actual footer content should be within the darker part of the background. I don't think it is supposed to be like that because it covers up part of the page numbers on the changelog page (https://limelightgaming.net/forums/thread-21163.html). I realise that I wasn't that descriptive in the original post on this thread. The Quick Access Bar at the bottom should be within the dark part of the footer. It just seems misplaced. It's like the actual content is too high, or the dark area is too small.

Well it causes an issue for me on the change log page. The page numbers at the bottom are covered up by the Quick access bar.

Underneath that quick access bar, there are page numbers that aren't usable because the quick access bar is covering them.
