Summary: This dude was prop flying when I told him it was against the rules and he said "I have a valid RP reason for it". I literally cracked tf up it was so funny when he said that but, yeah, he was prop flying.

you can check my other yt vids, only 1 has sound and you clearly hear the main road next to me an the guys drivin dirt bikes down the alley full speed about 3m away from me, i cant record my voice audio cos it doesnt pick up any game sounds due to the chavs next door being hella loud

Whilst there's no evidence to suggest that Ricky may have encouraged this, if this did happen, it shouldn't. Even so, you'd be expected to know significantly better than to propsurf - especially when you've got numerous priors on record for prop misuse.

PTE access will be taken for 6 hours, seeing how the user has many priors on record for prop misuse.
