Summary: After the SWAT team threw flashbangs and threatened unarmed citizens (me and a gun dealer) at the bank and abused their authority, I decided to threaten them in order to revenge.
When I get out of my car and point a gun at them I decided that just killing them all would be a bit mingy so I decided to roleplay a bit before executing them.
I wait for them to get in the van so that when I pull a gun on them they are all affected by FearRP, I order them to turn their radio off, put the guns away and step out with their hands up.
Stell was the one that followed the commands straight away, but Montyfatcat decided it was ok to pull out a shotgun under FearRP and walk to the other side of the van to try and sneak up on me.
Then it all goes to hell as you can see in the video.
This report is regarding Montyfatcat breaking FearRP and ruining the roleplaying situation I was about to do.
The SWAT team was acting like a bunch of kiddos abusing force and using smoke/flashbangs when not necessary at all against unarmed suspects and it wasn't the first time.
I have that part recorded as well if needed.

I was the one at the front of the van mate, had a mixup there. I was the one who ran up from the other end of the van at the end of the clip, with the AR. I never use shotties, I'm sure many players on LL can verify that. I was the one in the front passenger seat.

I believe you as I might have had some confusion.
Either way one of the players on your team did break FearRP and ruined the whole situation.

For 1 I would not be under fearRP as you would not have line of sight on me. I know I spawned on top of the van but that is gmod phyiscs and thats a diffrent disscution. In real life there is a sliding door on that side wich logically we would get out of and I would not be under FearRP. @"Stell90" Did have a talk to you in game about it but didn't want to listen to him explaining me and the other SWAT member would not be under FearRP as there is a Amored van in the way. Also once you shot me FearRP is off.

Unfortunately, our policy dictates that FearRP is placed dependent on where your character is, not on where your character would be IRL. As such, this situation did result in a breach of FearRP, as you ran away from gunpoint, before drawing your own weapon and opening fire.
