Hello community,

We've decided to try out a rank system of Trial Moderator -> Moderator S1 -> Moderator S2 instead of the current S1 -> S2. This is in order to try and address some of the issues with staff coverage gaps by hopefully allowing us to get more moderators. Trial Moderators will have less tools and punishment duration than S1, and is only meant as a short-term rank for training and to see whether someone is suitable for full moderator.

All current S1 moderators will stay as S1. All new moderators will go through the Trial Moderator phase, but not ex-staff. At this time this structure and its finer details are subject to change or reversal.

And no, this does not mean we will be opening moderator applications.
