The evidence is the own accused's word, John's footage of the shooting, and the log of him admitting to the shooting. What else do you require if even the accused party is giving a true statement that assists the case?

I understand that witnesses don't count as evidence, but why would I not want the evidence of the party of the accused, especially when it sides with my concerns?

There is literally 0 evidence to show me what happened to the situation, thus I'm unable to come to a fair conclusion to the case. Skillz's footage shown me nothing to do with the situation apart from him being on the floor tranq'd then failing to comply with FearRP. I'm sure you can understand that it wouldn't be fair for me to come to an assessment when I have nothing to work with.

In PR's, enough evidence needs to be supplied for us to make a fair conclusion. In this event, this was not done, as a result, this player report will be denied. However, Skillz will be issued with a week's suspension for FearRP due to excessive priors and blatant disregard to the rule despite numerous infractions.
