Sunday, 6th of May 2018
Between 3:50AM and 4:00AM (GMT+1)

Before this video was made, the accused party had a BOLO (be on the look-out) out for him and when we spotted him around 190 Main St, he decided to propclimb/lift himself onto the roof of 190 Main St. and block himself in with no keypad or realism as to how the props got on top of the roof like that.

The accused party was warned multiple times verbally and I believe in a written way as well about him breaking the rule and was asked to read the rules. He acknowledged with something amongst the lines of ''I know'' when on the rooftop of 190 Main St. and decided to remove them quickly when I told a bystander I was going to contact a member of staff.

Once they were deleted, he immediately jumped down from 190 Main St.'s rooftop and decided to quickly go inside of the building, blocking doors and windows with his props after, as aforementioned, being warned multiple times.

After this, I did contact @Overlewd as he had disconnected shortly before the situation took place. I asked him to hop on the server earlier that night because of the player count online and no staff online and he did so. However, it was about 4:00AM when I messaged them, so I assume he was asleep. Which is completely understandable.

Not too sure why the person in POV of the video (John Long) drawn a shotgun out as a "BBC News Cameraman"... I'll be issuing a permanent warning to ensure this doesn't happen again. Anyhow, the person shown in the video as the accused has been found guilty of prop blocking and prop minging and a 1 and half hour PTE blacklist will be issued.
