Q: What is the cost?
Being that I'm already tied up in binding contracts and an already long queue of requests - the cost of my services are approximately $1,000-$2,000 per prop. This price fluctuates and might be less/more depending on the size, detail and functionality of the build (ie. Elevators, Sliding Doors, Interactive Detail Elements) I believe this to be a fair cost as a 100 prop duplication to the level of detail that I put in and time it would take me should certainly range in the $100,000+ range. You're not getting just a build - You're getting an experience. Every detail and material is thought out and spaces are created to create RP Zones that will inspire others. 

Q: What is my background in design and development?
For starters, I've long since been in this field on the side of what I primarily do - which is manage casino systems. My start in this industry was launched a couple years back when I took a position as Chief Architectural Officer at Designing Tomorrow. This position taught me quite a few insights into the industry with my mentor being then Founder and CEO Mr. Befryn.
