1. Can I reuse a stolen prisoner's outfit?
2. If I die/arrested with it on, do I lose it?
3. How much is the stolen prisoner's outfit worth?

Price is fairly dependent on what someone will pay for it. Usually around 20-40k in my experience. Prisoner outfits are a one-time use item meaning they will dissapear once equipt meaning if you die or are arrested you will no longer be wearing it.
