Explain your suggestion, in detail: ELS and Engine sound should be added to Bentley Continental GT.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: This car is not worth buying. No engine sound, no ELS compatibility, and the price is 800k. For that amount of money, you can buy a good Tesla.

Police shouldn't be driving around in 800k cars. There are other ways to end pursuits than just outrunning your opponent and frankly with a little more tactics police would be able to do this. The only other reason I can think of for giving a Bentley ELS functionality is for a car for rich people to drive around in and show off their special flashy blue/red lights, which also isn't cool. Literally no law enforcement agency has that kind of money to throw around.

+Support.

Perhaps it's the Presidents vehicle and not a Police Officers?

The DB5 and the RV has ELS so why not the Bentley?

Those are actually very good examples on which vehicles shouldn’t have ELS. I’ll note that for a suggestion.

I think every vehicle should be ELS compatible, the more variety the better, it's up to the Police Chief to limit what their officers are using.

Sometimes less is better.
And in that case it is.

Maybe some premium/high price cars shouldn't be allowed to Police officers and added to president/secret service/LEO pass

im already getting sick of people driving camouflaged nissan GTRs with police lights. I couldnt imagine a single department or agency that would use a bentley continental as a service vehicle. It makes no sense at all.
We already have quite questionable choices regarding ELS supported vehicles.

In some situations it’s best to restrict something to keep the realism of the world intact. I’d rather see a limited amount of vehicles allowed for light attachments than see a Trabant and Lambo guiding traffic during an emergency.
