March 21st at 11 AM officer Caesar White Went rouge for some unknown reason.
Onlookers reported that a car chase started at the local PD and ended up by the highway.



From there the suspect was seen running back into town heading for the local PD armed with just a pistol.
The acting chief at the time, an officer Adam Carter Managed to take down the officer without any damage to anyone around the PD or harm to the suspect at the time.




When asked for an interview the chief said: "He's a very dumb man for taking me on with just a pistol."

At this time the Rouge officer is now safely behind bars thanks to one officer's fact thinking on his feet!
