As @Kurdayeti mentioned, the President had been kidnapped by several members of police force. This was due to the Islamic RP style/setting of the server at that time.
As multiple panic calls and radio chats took me to the Rockford PD garage, I noticed only SWAT, Police Officers and the President inside, with a SWAT unit yelling he was a hostage.
Upon opening the door, thinking the hostage takers must have been killed or escaped the area, I get shot by another SWAT member inside, implying said SWAT member was infact part of the hostage takers.
Realising this I open fire on all the SWAT/Police officers inside (two in total if I remember correctly) not handcuffed, proned or with their hands up.
As my own life, my fellow government forces and the presidents life was at stake, I believe the shooting was justified.

Watched both videos; Doormat, you seem like a cool dude, but all you do on the server and in the videos is backseat admin and complain about rule-breaking in person. And then you add on metagaming, calling people by their Steam display names during IC roleplay; all of which can be seen in both the videos.

You've done more in those videos to deserve a report than @Insert and @Kurdayeti put together.

How were you not on the scene when you literally posted a video showing yourself on the scene? You were the one who opened the garage and you shot a bullet at me aswell.
