Summary: Constant Breaking of Rules around Building and RP. Spawning massive ladders welded to each other in the road, Unfreezing them and climbing any roof he can. Also used this to climb into another players base. I did try to warn the guy and advise him to read the rules and even tried to help him with rp but he just continued to break rules.

In clear Violation of the rules: 6.1 , 6.2 & 6.3

I understand he was trying to RP a firefighter but he over done it

Have not played the server in a while, need to learn the rules back again. Did not think this was that bad

The ladders i spawned in the road for a clear space to put them in places

The ladders on the top of the fire station was me trying out role play for the future eg if there was a fire on a roof

Pufitee, the ladders you've spawned are not  structured realistically which was always not allowed.

I was also online following him around with @Ozzie

I told you many times to stop leaving your hose 17 hoses on the road to which you replied with 'Let me do my job' or something along those lines. This was well before the fire in the pictures was actually there, which may i add, were caused by yourself driving into the fence and then coming back about 3 minutes later to put the fire out (Breaking NLR). I feel that using the excuse 'I need to re learn the rules' can't be applied here because Ozzie, Toro, Myself and others told you that you were breaking a ton of rules, and you ignored us all. 

I have a couple screenshots but they won't show NLR breakage, just the hoses and ladders.
