Explain your suggestion, in detail: Less taxes for people with a small purse. Higher taxes for people with a big purse.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: A small step to fix the economical issues I guess.

Example:
Citizen having 5,000,000 on his bank account -> needs to pay more taxes.
Citizen having 50,000 on his bank account -> needs to pay fewer taxes.


This just came to my mind. If someone got any additional suggestions for this, feel free to post them.

Higher government payment wouldn't make sense as in the US emergency services aren't well payed in the first place, plus we wanna keep the REAL cash flow to dealers only, so the other jobs have to get creative to make money just from their jobs alone.

And yea, an overall tax change would be nice to see. Something simple, yet complex enough to require the President's and VP's constant management. More money into the department, better gear or better vehicles.

I don't understand what you're saying. People don't get taxed for items, so why would they stock up on items other than the usual motives? Not only would they no longer have their money, but most likely most players wouldn't make a dent in their wallets buying everything if they're worried about the taxes. Even then, the taxes wouldn't make a big dent into the player as it has no where to go. Black hole money takers are usually frowned upon if they take a lot.
