Concluded - Dealt with In-Game.

As Termin said, you should be reporting incidents in-game with @. That's what moderators and other staff with moderation powers are there for. Player Reports are there for when there are no staff present or for whatever reason were unable to process your @ call. Please make an attempt at an @ call when staff is online before submitting player reports.
