Summary: He exploited. He tazed me and put me under the table to either kill me or make me unable to move. When he noticed that I was stuck he said "Oh great now he can't move" and did not let me go or try to unstuck me.

Player report approved.

I find the player to be in direct violation of our rules against exploiting, and whilst this situation in particular is relatively minor in comparison to how bad it could of been, the user still made a conscious decision to do this, which is indicated at the 18 second mark in the provided evidence.

As a result, the player will be issued with a 4 day suspension for abuse of a bug.

Additonally, @Romeaaron, please be aware that exploiting game mechanics and bugs in a way which puts you to an advantage can be met with a lot worse of a punishment.
