Explain your suggestion, in detail: Give players access to the Rope Tool.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: It's very ridiculous that we have access to hydraulics, elastic, slider, winches, but not rope? Rope is one of the only tools that literally is only used for aesthetic purposes here (mostly). Why do we have access to tools that glitch out and kill players, but not a tool that adds a loose rope between 2 props?

Will it be able to be used with vehicles? For example, pull a vehicle off the edge of a cliff with a rescue engine.

I would love to see this, but I feel it would kill the use of tow trucks. 

Maybe you can make a suggestion about a winch for vehicles? This way you may need a REP to use the attachment and it could be limited to certain cars.
