Summary: Suspect directly violated rule 2.1. Suspect was considerably outnumbered in firearms, but still chose to initiate on officers therefore breaking FearRP.

As you must be unarmed to be tased, by getting up and pulling a weapon, the accused is in breach of FearRP.
Please note, simply having more armed officers does not grant you an advantage in FearRP.

As the accused has no priors, a warning shall be issued.
