Explain your suggestion, in detail: Add a resupply box to the Secret Service Spawn Room

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Really no reason there shouldn't be a resupply point up there for the SSA's to use while they are guarding the president.  There is one in the PD, there is one in the EMS building, there should be one where the SSA's are most commonly active.  Makes no sense that they have to go downstairs and spawn a car, to resupply where others don't have to. Adding from @"Sours" : Alternatively, make /resupply work on the lockers

I think it would just be better to be able to /resupply on Armoury Lockers.

Yeah, that is what I tried to do initially, but it's not a feature yet. Will add it to main post. @"Sours"
