Description:Ever since Vader License plate update has came out my license plate is a broke texture. me and cole have tried our best at fixing it. i have even came to factory resetting gmod but that did not work

The license plates are in content pack 11-2.

I would suggest going to the main menu, unsubscribing and resubscribing, waiting for the download, restarting the game. That should force the pack to re-download.
