Summary: The player was involved in the hostaging of a Police & SWAT Officer as 'The Russian Mafia - Driver/Smuggler (Gun Dealer). Once again, I believe this violates rule 3.5 and 3.5a as he should be doing his job as a driver and smuggler (and ultimately, a gun dealer) and definitely not hostaging Police and SWAT Officers. If anything, as a smuggler he should be avoiding all police contact - not helping hostage Government Officials brandishing  a large firearm.

Like I mentioned on the other player report you've posted.

Not everything has to be black and white in terms of job title if he's RP'ing as a criminal he could've been in a situation where he had to handle the situation the way he did (i.e hostaging police)

Situations like these should be RP'ed out and not punished for.
