Suggestion Type: [In-Game/Forums/Other] In-Game
Explain your suggestion, in detail: Add or rename the LEO pass to an Emergency Services Pass.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: It would allow for more fitting RP for things like Private Ambulances and other non-law enforcement Government Divisions. With a relatively simple change it could allow more diverse RP to take place. Current presidents are reluctant to give out a LEO for things such as private ambulances because the role doesn't match the pass name.

It allows for players to use the lights, so why can't they help FD or EMT?
