Name of Player:  BigHeck and LilSnek

SteamID(s):

BigHeck: STEAM_0:0:64484699
LilSnek: STEAM_0:0:100196689

Server: Live

Time: 20:58

Summary: Both accused violated Tools and Prop Rules 6.1 and 6.3.

For reference, BigHeck is picture in the blue suit, LilSnek pictured bald.

I and @"MrBonbon" witnessed both accused using an unrealisticly placed elevator(1) to gain access to the rooftops at the power plant(2), then I alone witnessed both accused using a prop to 'prop surf'(3) a few metres. These events spanned over around 15 minutes, where both accused spawned all manner of buildings and props. I do not believe they intended on Roleplaying.

Evidence:

(1) Big heck can be seen here holding his prop with the 'elevator' next to it. (not recorded)

(2) LilSnek's unsupported house can be seen here. Along with the accused's head to the bottom right.

(2.1) Unrelated, but picturing both accused vehicles in the compound, particularly the white corvette(?) in the background. This picture also details LilSnek's house of which he spawned on top the black Evo.

(3)Please refer the below images in order, unfortunately still frames of the prop surfing, with note being taken from the previous image of the corvette.

Both accused step onto the prop.

LilSnek takes a hold of the prop and the rest is history.

The prop was then deleted once they reached a few inches more to the left (Uncaptured)

Thank you for your time in reading.

This is not big enough of a deal for them to be issued a ban or a blacklist.

If I was there to see it for myself wither it was really mingy or them just wanting to test the new props (which what it looks like)

I'll issue a warning for BigHeck for prop surfing.
