Yes I can cunform that he did! The first incounter was when he was driving a skyline as SWAT, ramed me, told me to get out, then told me to turn off the radio and when I got out he killed me. Then I hurd others say he tried to CDM. Also when I was just driving by him he just started shooting at me for no reason. And lets not forget propkill and proppushing. I saw him proppushing my car around the city and he even pushed it in the ground, like the wheel was in the ground.

@Toro PDX, @"Plan", do you have any further evidence?

Unfortunately neither of those pictures show who is the player in the shot is.

There is no indication on who owns the props. And on the last shot provided from Plan I do see that Skrt is seen to have made a voice communication at some point as an officer, but as there is no Voice icon over the player's head, there is no evidence to support that it is him at this time.

3. Evidence is a requirement, do not request log checks, include solid evidence for your report or do not post one. 

Logs can be used to confirm the severity of things, but the evidence is the key identifier that seals the deal.

So far what I have is two players at different times have spawned props. The second player is an officer who was indeed pushing a vehicle.  Skrt is shown closing communication but as there is no voice icon above the player he could have been in the background or using the radio.

As such I can't approve this unless I have further evidence.
