Summary: The player ignored many requests to get out of the vehicle whilst my shotgun was being pointed at him. He then decided to run me over. After a paramedic to revived me I found him near the Ravine and I attempted to stop his vehicle. He drove into the Ravine, complained in OOC then disconnected. He later rejoined.

Approved.
Player will be receiving a 2-week suspension, 3-hour vehicle blacklist, 3-hour OOC blacklist for the following reasons;
Player has 8 suspensions on his record, 4 of them are given due to not following FearRP, 1 for Disconnecting to avoid roleplay.
The player also is found to have 3 warnings, all of which is FearRP based.
Player is also seen using his vehicle as a means to kill another player.
While checking the logs I've run into him threatening in OOC the same day and he was given a blacklist for the same reason before.
