Suggestion Type: [In-Game/Forums/Other] In-Game
Explain your suggestion, in detail: Remove the fake armoured texture of the car (a) and replace it when the standard black skin
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: The real Presidential Limo doesn't look like it's got armoured plates on it. (b) I believe it's skin 4 that it needs to default to rather than skin 2.

I thought someone had downloaded one of those shitty custom client-side textures that show as these textures in our server when I saw them for the first time. Turns out they tried to re-create an armored texture and paste that over the vehicle. ...No thanks.
