If something like that happens its most likely an accident, even if it wasn't we both can't really prove that he intended to driving and hitting you. In most situations like these of its a car hit car, you'd usally RP it out and move on.

Consider you didn't die its not that much of a big deal anyways, if a player ran you over with his car then its considered CDM if it wasn't RP'ed properly.
