Summary: Basically what happened was, me and bananen were the only ones on the server, aside from another guy who was afk. 
I'm just in my office building a little dupe for the Presidential area, and bananen was hanging out with me. 
He pulled out a molotov as a joke and I told him basically he better not throw that in my office, I told him I hadn't duped it yet either.
So, he put it away, we were having a chat over by the window and he wanted to go get his car, but he noticed it got stolen. 
So I offered him to use my vehicle to go find his car, and he can just return mine whenever since I wouldn't be using it.
So as we're calling the elevator up, he runs back to my office and just throws his molotov in there, burning my office that I had just spent quite a lot of time trying to build. 
He says he didn't know that molotovs burn the props down, but after 1000 hours I don't know how you couldn't know that molotovs burn props, he also apologized for what he did, but it's really not acceptable, especially since I look at him as a friend, and no friend of mine would do this to me, not even for a joke. It's a joke that I take pretty seriously as I put a ton of effort into what I create, only to have it burned down an hour later without being able to save my progress. It's very frustrating, to say the least.

@Disastrous Im honestly so sorry for what I did. My intention was never to damaged your building. I honestly didnt know that the molotov could destroy props. It was late so I didnt register what you said to me. I feel like an idiot for doing that and I dont know what else I can say to you because I destroyd your build that you didnt have time to save because of me :/

I know I shouldn't have been joking around and throw that molotov. I take full responsibility for what I did and that I destroyed your build :/ I'm honestly so sorry

Trust me, I didn't want to post this on you, not at all. You're a really nice guy and I considered you a true friend.
But this is just something that I take a little too seriously, creating my builds I put in 100% of my effort into making them look as flawless as I can possibly get them, in doing so, it takes me a nice amount of time to align everything perfectly how I like it. And for it to get destroyed by my friend, who I told not to do it, I even said we'd be enemies if you threw that in there, is extremely rude and not something I would do to even my best friends as a joke. I understand your apologies but, it doesn't change the fact that you still did it and I think you should be held accountable for this, destroying someones work is extremely disrespectful, and you had no Roleplay reason what-so-ever to do so, I could understand if it were a fading door or something like that and you were trying to raid me, but that's not the case. This is the Presidential office, there were no doors and plenty of space to walk around, so there would be absolutely no reason for you to molotov it. As well as us being allies, I made a special law that you requested,  I was extremely generous to you and this is how I got repaid.

Man, I understand exactly what u mean, how you trying to get your build 100 % perfect and how you spend long time on it and that I just destroyed your build. Man I didnt try to prank you to destroy your build or anything that was not my intention. As I said befor I take full responsibility for what I have done and i'm really sorry for this. I just thougt it would be a fire in the office and that it would disappear, I had no idead it would destroy props.

It is true that I had no reason for throwing the molotov and willing to take the consequences for destroying his build.
I hope you can forgive my stupid me, I would never have done this if I knew that it would destroy everything

I'm aware of My bans/ blacklists already there is no need to post them ..
Just because I have 1000 h dosent mean I have to know everything. In this case I didnt know what the molotovs would do because I have rarely used them befor. I already told you im sorry and it was not My intention and im takeing full responsibility for what I did.
