I think its more about how you acted as a president than about walking around alone.

As a president you really shouldn't be going around calling people poor then saying JK, it is a bit of FailRP so you should be doing that anyways.

In the future, do not go around alone calling people poor randomly, however its not something you'll be punished for, for now. Do not do it again please.
