Summary: 2 rules were broken, and the evidence provided will prove it, beyond a shadow of a doubt

Rule 1: FearRP. User ran away while tazer was pointed. This is shown in the video, but to provide some backstory, I was driving around in the city, and it was very very clear that this red Nissan Skyline was trying to get my attention. Trying to cause some trouble. He goes drifting around me and running lights, and I just ignore him, waiting for the correct time. Soon after, I roll up on 48 and see his vehicle parked near the outer shell - I pull up on him, take out my shotgun and demand for him to turn around and place his hands behind his back. Instead, he asks "why", then turns around and takes his axe out again. That is when I take out my tazer and point it right at him. He turns back around, looks at me and guns it. Runs for his car and drives off. This is the moment where he broke FearRP. I caught him soon after but he didn't have the opportunity to break any rules.

Rule 2: FailRP. The user switched to president, retrieved his car, and started joyriding recklessly around the city. As president. I see this, and on the first occasion decide to wait for a better opportunity to stop him. When I see him the 2nd time, I attempt to block his vehicle but he speeds off, leading me on a pursuit with him. Note that during all of this, he failed to pull over, was recklessly driving, and posing a threat to those around him as the president of Rockford. It seems like FailRP to me, having the president joyriding recklessly and leading police on chases.

In the screenshot attached, he is shown justifying his actions by saying "there is no one on the server". I'm not sure whether insults in OOC could be added on - but I think the FearRP and FailRP are big enough to warrant some sort of punishment.

Ey ik i broke fearrp , failrp but i was bored as helllll just wanted to have some action with cop and the first time when i was chopping wood i wasnt even looking whats going on and i was without my headphones then i saw him tryin to arrest i panic and just started running sry for this shit english and shit response but i dont know what much to say my english is shit already
