I don't think they appear in regular HL2 so probably can't get them on the server.

I don't actually believe there are any official props for Garry's Mod. I think there are skybox items so, they wouldn't be able to be spawned.

Okay I found the models and they aren't spawnable

models/lostcoast/props_wasteland/boat_drydock01a.mdl
