Refund details: had packaging and crashed, went back and it had gone and nothing wih was inside was in my inventory
Reason: I know i dont have evidence but i didnt know i was going to crash.
I cant remember everything but i can remember the most vital things:

4x .44 Magnum ammo

Do you remember the rough time and date of the crash? GMOD most likely created a crash file. It would be a .mdmp file in your root GarrysMod folder. steamapps/common/GarrysMod - hl2_#######_crash_date_###.mdmp or something similar.

Packaging stays on the server and keeps your items regardless of you disconecting iirc. Did you try reconnect to get your stuff back? You say you did but how quickly, it should have stayed. Mb someone nicked a box.

I crashed and forgot about gmod and started talking over steam and then evntually about 5minuites later re-opened it and went to see and they where gone, plus it what the larg packaging wich i believe isntt movable

Tests revealed that packaging is not crash proof as they were when they were implemented so something must have broken.

The refund request itself is currently under review.
