This is an IC-situation. We received a 911-call that a heavily armed person is inside of this house. We went there, investigated the house and found the back door open. As far as I know, it wasn't even bought. Then we went in, saw him with a weapon in his hand and it started.

But that's the back door, what about the front door? If it's bought, it's an owned property, so you can't just bust in without a search warrant unless you hear gunshots inside or see a hostage or something like that.

We didn't go in w/o an evidence tho. We've seen a guy w/ a weapon on his back through the windows, as we arrived with the SWAT van. The door to the back yard was wide open. And as (S)pecial (W)eapons (A)nd (T)actics, we take the way in with the least resistance. We went into the back yard and noticed the back door open aswell. Went in there - saw a guy with his weapon out and (as already stated above) the "fun" begun.

I compared the job with the "Nice raiding without a warrant" comment in OOC shown in evidence, and during the time that comment was made there was a president.

I called as i saw oliver at the window with a scar h as i happen to be driving past at wich the swat was just driivng around ignroing my calls so i parked on the hill and called at wich after 5mins they finally decided to respond, must have been thinking about some sort of other situation.

Even if there wasn't a law against weapons, one of the permanent laws states that you can not open carry a firearm in public view unless prior authorization is given. If they saw you open carrying through a window, it justifies their entry.

Not to mention SWAT saw a window of opportunity and took it. If you're open carrying a firearm in public view and have been called in, you can justify that he could endanger a life if someone drove by.
