The item boxes that can be found in the "Packaging" tab in the Market have lost their crash-proof properties as confirmed today. If you disconnect or otherwise get removed from the server, your packaging will disappear along with all the items with it.

Until this bug is fixed, you are placing items into packaging at your own risk - any refund requests about items lost from packaging due to crashing or otherwise, from the time of this post and until further notice, will likely be denied. Any such refund requests made before this thread are not affected by this policy.
