Summary: Accused user found breaking rule 2.6 which states "Powergaming is not allowed (i.e. doing "/me snaps the man's neck, killing him" or similar), 19.4 "Arrest and demotion reasons must be clearly written in warrants and when demoting. If there is a sensible written reason then any
complaints about the arrests/warrants must be addressed in-character - do not make @ calls about them.  and 19.4 a which states "Exception - if stated reason is OOC and/or clearly violates a server rule e.g NLR, Metagaming, Backseat administrating." which in this case,the accused user gets the vice president after I demoted him for the reason of "Abuse of Authority, beating the Police Captain" and a few seconds later, he demotes me for the reason of "Demoting the police officer >" as vice president
