Description: Uniforms are unable to be given 
Bug is [In-Game/On Forums/Other]: In-Game
Since when have you experienced the bug? Few days ago when i was trying to sell one (Might have been a bug for a while)
Additional Information: 3/4 of the dresses have the 'give' option but it doesn't work. The 'Elizabeth Wellington' Uniform hasn't got a 'give' option. @"Sours" can confirm

For the one in the image, no. This may be on purpose as stated in the image. That  uniform is only available for certain paid members. This is probably in place so paid members are not supplying for non-paid members. I don't believe this is an error unless it is like this for regular purchasable clothing items.

I got the same problem since months now. Cant drop or give any military uniforms.
