I understand the warning from the ATF, but don't you guys require evidence for those serious actions?

Not to mention this article seems to be lacking any actual evidence itself to back up it's claim. For all we know these FUMUKU members could be being arrested for something that exposed a government corruption or those could not be even FUMUKU Members at all. Could just be 6 midgets dressed up on top of each others' shoulders.

Instead of taking everything to OOC, you know you could always..roleplay? the actual point of this server is roleplaying you know.
Make a public statement in regards to the issue, not everything can be dealt with out of character.

(I never said it was OOC. All I stated was a huge error by a serious department of the government and questioned the legitimacy of the news article. Am I not allowed to criticize a poorly written article and a set of actions or is that not considered roleplaying? Instead of immediately becoming extremely aggressive towards my IC criticism and dragging it into OOC because of my stance on this ridiculous aggression towards FUMUKU (And don't lie, that's what this is about), maybe you could realize that I was poiting out flaws that you could fill to make your article better. That way it looks more backed up with evidence instead of some news journalist that found some pictures on Buzzfeed and plastered a title on it. After all, I don't seem to be the only one who wants to see evidence of this IC.)

(Also I can state my IC opinion without havinng to get FUMUKU's O.K. My character is a member of society. My superiors can provide a professional statement addressed by FUMUKU. But me? I'm like janitor level there. Why they trust me to write a public statement given by FUMUKU?)

Forums are OOC unless actually roleplayed. Which you did not. By that logic I can say whatever I like, without any indication it's In-Character and not be punished? Didn't think so. Maybe you should stick to mopping floors.

Looks like a FUMUKU Agent involved responded on the matter which therefore admits that the scenario did happen. Little unprofessional to be speaking about something that could bring bad PR in such an unofficial way. As from the P.O.V. from a current Police Officer and off-duty District Judge with the experience of having contact with the FUMUKU Int'l corporation as a former president of the County of Evo: I don't see any reason why the arresting officers did what they did and why this news corporation is buying their story, and here's a thing: While on power, FUMUKU will try to contact you for a meeting so they can [try to be] a type of support for the Evocity Capital Territory Police / Evocity Federal Police/Evo City Highway Patrol (E.C.T./E.F.P./E.C.H.P. Policing (and I say this as for experience)) and will [sometimes] try to gain your permission to use weaponry as for their duties which is necessary and understandable, but having the members (FUMUKU Officers) under gunpoint for a arrest should be justified (Example: Assault and Battery on an innocent civillian) while performing a warrant for the arrest. Alright for EvoNews Corp., please don't buy 1 side of the story, since 1.) The Reputation of the Officers and/or the Security Corporation within may be affected, 2.) Without gathering an investigation of what happened, this article would do seem kind of unfair for people who support any kind of Security Companies (and probably the Evocity Civil Liberties Union) and to end it off with: Please, Always try to get the 2 sides of the story, not just 1

As a founding commissioner of a corporation that is out to stop corruption from both other corporations, and from the government, we felt an official statement would be something of interest to our supporters, and all following this case.
"Here at Insight, our primary goal is to stop corruption. Something that has seemed to arise from a recent so called 'arrest' on FUMUKU International employee's. From the image, and given statement from an Ex-President and the ENN, it seems as though the officers are following the procedure of which follows the threat of an illegal weaponry. The use of AR-15's by the corporation is done to the discretion of the commanding officer and is also to their discretion to show them to the public (Of which caused an issue, obviously). Now, whether the corporation here had permission to use the weapons legally or not, a display of them to the public should not have been carried out."

As I leave this note, please take these two questions + answers into consideration; As a citizen, would you like men in ballistic vests and a high power weapon (Automatic) walking around your streets? No. That's like back in the 1940's when Russia was putting it's military as it's police force - Dictatorship.
Secondly; Should they really have had them around the Nexus, or the public in the first place? No! Not unless you wish to risk the President's or a citizens life.

It is unfair for people to sit back, and scrutinize an officer for using his weapon with the correct force against TWO citizens with high powered weaponry infront of them. You wouldn't stand there like "Hey, nice gun you have there" whilst they are illegal would you (As an officer). The officer did what needed to be done in the correct situation.

Official Notice (Must be complied within 2-3 days)

As by order from the Evocity Department of Justice and the Evocity Capital Territory District Court, the Evocity News Network must gather up in the E.C.T. District Court located inside the City Hall (Nexus) for a Hearing, This official order must be complied within the margin of 2-3 days, and from both sides (FUMUKU and the E.N.N.) will depend if a Case file is issued. In case of the failure to comply with this order, a possible warning and or warrant Can and will be issued out to anyone on the dependence, it is recommendable that both sides (With their legal representatives) show up to the Court Hearing but it will be up to you if 1 by 1 show up on separate dates.
This order is not to be appealed under any circumstances.

This is a representative of Evocity Police Deptartment, I am currently requesting your information and sources for the detainment of FUMUKU International. As from what these pictures show a police officer of high ranking in the Police Deptartment are pointing a shotgun at a unarmed civilians. We will also be looking into seeing why these FUMUKU officers have been detained and what evidence they have against them. We will also like to see some more photos from this "Annonomous" source and we will be checking on CCTV cameras on what has been going on. And we will be issueing punishments against the officers if what has happened has broken our conduct. We would also like to know on how you know they where using illegal weaponry and what evidence you have against this. We will gladly accept any statements and video footage of the situation that you may have and we will be checking any footage from our officers. If no evidence is found then I request that this is removed as you are currently defamatating FUMUKU International. We request that you reply to us within 4 working days, if not then we will be taking further action towards the newspaper.
Just to inform you an investigation will be made against ENN and the officers that where in the department as well as FUMUKU. Any evidence that you can provide us will be welcomed but will be checked. We thank you for reading this email and we wish for you to be safe.
