                                         RDM (no reason to kill me - I was about to pay)
Sadly I started the recording after they got in so I don't have the first part but: They get out of their car and shout "Why haven't you payed your protection money?" (we didn't have any contracrt or similar) I ask them thing like "Protection Money? For what?" (you can see that in the logs) When they get their guns out I tell to get out and he shoots once. Then he asks me for 500$ "protection money" (mugging). The rest is on the video I think.

Then I killed him

What else could I have done in this situation? I shot you in the kneecap for disrespecting me and my friends, yet you continue to do so after the fact, you clearly didn't value your life and you got yourself killed.

Do you expect me to let you live after shooting you and being disrespected by you. Police exist on this server and they would arrest me and my men. Why leave a witness?

Then I killed him But why? Because I shouted "Ahhhhhhh" trough the city after you shot my knee.

What else could I have done in this situation? I shot you in the kneecap for disrespecting me and my friends, yet you continue to do so after the fact, you clearly didn't value your life and you got yourself killed. When did I disrespect you? I just told some guys with guns to get out of my store. Also: Would you kill someone for disrespecting you in real life? Not really, huh?

To conclude my statemant: You didn't even try to RP - You think saying "500" is RP? (imo it's clearly mugging as well)

If this is your reply, post the entire video. A weapon in safety is a weapon and you still have to follow FearRP. I did not just say 500, you repeated one phrase out of an entire confrontation, I had a weapon to your face and you did not listen to any command, I knee capped you, you didn't go into the back, I kneecapped you again, you didn't go into the back and instead walked towards me so I shot you.

If this is your reply, post the entire video. A weapon in safety is a weapon and you still have to follow FearRP. The footage I uploaded is all I have. Also: A weapon is safety is only FearRP if you threatened me with it before. Or do you always put your hands up if officers/secret service run around with rifles in safety? All you said was "500" and when I ask you "500 what?" You said "500 protection money". What were your commands? "500" is no command for me. In the end of the video you can clearly see that I'm in the back of the store so don't lie!

Also: You get protection money from shop owners - You could never know that I'm a shop owner as you found me outside my shop and I wasn't inside my package van or similar so it was clearly META-Gaming as well.

You ignored me 3 times, on the 3rd you decided to challenge me and died for it.

I don't feel I have to argue any further, you clearly do not know the rules regarding FearRP and your video does not show the entire confrontation, only you being killed.

Closing Notes: Although the player shows some skill in extortion RP (Even had a guy guarding the door) the killing at the end is invalid. You are attempting to make money as a Corleone member, not shoot anyone who doesn't agree with you. If he doesn't pay the money, molotov the building or shoot it. The protection money is for the STORE, so if you kill the owner, you have no more possible profit. Remember this is a RP server. Not all negotiations have to be done with a gun to the head.

When you shot him, all Fearp was voided at that time. He could've ran out and screamed. No fearp was broken by the victim.
