There is a UPS skin for Mercedes Sprinter, and there is 2 different Mercedes Sprinters on the server. So does the 110k sprinter have it or the 115k one? Or does both have the UPS skin?

I have the LBW (big) and it has the UPS skin. Just buy the 115k one - I will give you the 5k if you want
