Here's a video of something I've been working on off/on for the past 6ish months. Ripping and texturing was done me and had a friend rig it up so I could set up custom lighting components (also made by myself). Utilizes 5 custom light components one of which has been rigged to rotate just like the default Vision SLRs. Once driver seat and sounds are fixed the plan is to release it with an official Photon addon. Have a few more truck models I managed to rip before the latest Unity update screwed my method up. Lightmaps on this truck also look a bit dull due to the map, they stand out a lot more on TDM's showcase maps.
