Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.>: IN-GAME

In detail, explain your suggestion: The current rules on the server are missing quite a lot. We have many grey areas in the rules, such as the fact that anarchists are not exactly on the same team just because they're on the same job, or that it counts as FailRP to execute injured suspects as a govt. but this isn't listed. There is even a rule in the website in-game rules that isn't present in the actual game!

Why should this be implemented? Because new players are met with breaking rules they never even knew about because they're not listed in the rules or they are 'unwritten' meaning they have to find out the hard way about some obsecure rule.
