Summary: I was called by another officer to deal with a recklessly driving black Mercedes (as seen in the background). Wheatcake was one of the passengers and I had handcuffed him to prepare to make an arrest. As he was tazed and handcuffed, Wheatcake clearly reconnected to avoid arrest. Vadar also called him an 'autist' in the local OOC chat, although it's a very minor detail.

Evidence: Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that I was recording in half quality. This means that the YouTube video is in extremely low quality due to the compression, but I did upload it alongside some screenshots from the video when played in the Windows Media Player:
