Does the warning level stay permanently or does it reset some day? And what happens when it goes to 100%?

If I remember correctly, it stays on your account for ever, the percentage falls overtime depending how long the warning is, and at 100% there is a preset ban in place, which I believe is a 3 month ban or something along the line of that.

Most warnings last for 3 months.

100% will result in a forum account ban that can be determined by the banning administrator.
