LOWELL RAINES
HISTORY
Born in a backwards and underfunded hospital in Peckham to Harrison and Trisha Raines, Lowell was brought up on the principles of authority being a bad thing, and your 'crew' being the only thing he would ever need.
He had his first 'argument' with the MET police at age 19, after a shoplifting gone wrong. His mates learned of his failure and pressured him further, to attempt a fully fledged armed robbery of a jewellery store. He was geared up and sent to the store. It only took 10 minutes for the robbery to go south, Lowell was able to escape but became a publicly wanted figure in the UK, Both by the police and his old friends.
Seeing no other option Lowell decided to run from the UK and to head to the United States, Evocity to be precise. He was able to discretely procure plane tickets and depart from London Luton.
CURRENT ACTIVITES
Lowell has since given up his criminal past, and to work for whoever would hire him. Be it the Police Force or a morally ambiguous shipping firm. He lives his life out in Evocity switching from job to job and home to home, barely being able to scrape by enough money to afford his 300 SEL as well as his house. Lowell is by far not one of the richer people in Evocity, those who make up what seems to him about 75% of the citizens, but he still lives a relatively happy life, a happy life in his own way.
