Why should you be unblacklisted?:  Ok, so I was trying to be as nice as possible in the sit, So 1. Where was the RDM by me the only person who may have died was Karma Rowe and he knew what he had done. And the only reason I was so called "mass Rdming" is because there was NO chance to leave there were constantly cops at the top and if I manage to upload the video you will be able to see I ran up twice to try and escape before being sprayed by cops  2. What was wrong with raiding the jails to save a comrad, Is that not what jailbreaks are???? 3. Okay, i understand the rule "exploiting" but where the fuck is it written that Using third person cam is against the rules?? unless someone can show me where this is written down I deem that unnecessary, if you want rules to be obeyed write them someone causes this at the moment is just a rule in the back of admins heads

I've explained this many times in the game. But I guess I'll have to go over yet again. You came into the Jail armed to the teeth ready to kill. Jailbreaks are one thing, but the amount of death involved in this was extremely excessive. You spent 30-40 minutes shooting up the Nexus, killing Guards, Police Officers, SWAT and the very person you intended to rescue. You were up and down that hallway multiple times.

Now, this is the government center, you should know that doing such a high risk event is going to be, well... risky... maybe you shouldn't have done it solo. You instead basically made a base inside the Jails and hung out, and when the firefight ended, went up to the garage, shoot at the cops and run right back to your nest. Unless your plans were to actually kill massive amounts of police and your partner, the plan failed. As such, you should have surrendered long before it got this far.

Let's talk about the third person. One of the reasons you were able to hold out for so long against the entire police and swat force was due to your use of the third person view. You were held up in a hallway attached to the guard room with only one entrance. You were completely hidden from view as your face was planted in the wall. Using the third person view, you used it to get a tactical advantage on your targets. You knew where they were and how many long before they knew where you were. You popped out shooting at their exact location, then popped back in. This is called exploiting.

As I told you before, this is similar to police using third person to spot contraband in windows or behind a fence. It is exploiting and a shade of metagaming as it is using what is a OOC sightline for a IC situation.

Now I want to point out that this decision was decided on by four members of staff. We believe that it would be fair to you, to show that you can RP without weapons. This is more beneficial than a 30 day ban. With your record of Weapon abuse, it is very evident that weapons tend to just get you in trouble.

This wasn't meant to be 30-40 mins it was supposed to be in and out however I forgot my ~ECM jammer so we ran with him still in cuffs/jumpsuit but as we leaving we came across another jail guard who shot at me, so cops had obviously heard or been called as they started rushing down and at 1 point where they stopped coming I advanced and ran up 3 times +to get away when it was starting to get hairy then the second wave of Swat pushed me back into the guard office, then with them out the way I went back to the slope to try and move up I went up once(cut due to my friend talking about some personal stuff) and opened the door and fled back down realising that there were almost 5 cops up there so I fled and the final time a ran up it was clear then The rock sneak up behind me and shotgunned me

Hello Tom,

I was one of the four staff members that decided on your blacklist, which I would say was to give you a chance to show us that you are able to do more than just cause chaos. During our conversation with you, we told you that we decided not to give you a long ban, but a chance to show your roleplay capabilities instead hence the blacklist.

The main reason you entered and started the raid was to free your friend from the jails. I'm confused by the fact that you forgot the main equipment of a jailbreak, an ECM Jammer but you were armed to the teeth. But let's put that aside, during the raid, your friend, that you set out to free was injured on the floor, and you killed him off. Now I have a suspicion that this was so he could come back to aid you.

With the massive number of people you've killed, you could have made your way out but instead, you stood at a corner with where you could use third-person to see your surroundings giving you an unfair advantage over the opposing team.

The main thing I want to emphasise on here is you killing your, let's say, objective. The person you were to save from prison. This can be seen as FailRP, if your friend was so expendable that you could kill him off, why plan a jailbreak in the first place?
